What will you be doing? 

Over 24 months our Graduate programme gives you the opportunity to work in our HR division based in our modern head office in Coventry. This programme will give you the opportunity to learn key skills and experience a range of development opportunities to kick-start your career with the Group.

The Human Resources function consists of an Operational HR department along with Corporate HR departments. Each of the business areas is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activity of the Group companies.

The Corporate HR departments provide a service to the whole organisation on issues such as training and development, employee relations & reward, payroll, pensions, health & safety. This includes things such as conditions of employment for staff & manual employees and Group HR policies & procedures.

The Operational HR department has similar responsibilities such as recruitment and selection, identifying training and development needs, disciplinary and grievances and trainee recruitment.

You will be involved not only in the daily activities of the department, but also work on your own projects to
manage and organise.

  • Full EU Driving Licence is essential
  • Obtained a 2:1 degree in any discipline, ideally with some commercial work experience so we know what you have achieved however, we are looking at what you can achieve here at PSA Group UK!
  • 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent
