Our Industrial Placement Scheme is designed to provide you with invaluable industry experience, professional skills and an opportunity to secure a future graduate role within the group. We believe in giving you immediate responsibility as well as outstanding support and a bespoke training plan designed with our Industrial Placement students in mind.
During your twelve months you will be involved with the daily activities within the department as well as having your own projects to manage and organise. The strategic activities of PSA are based at our modern head office in Coventry, whilst a regionally based field force manages the operational activities.

Within Commercial we have 4 brands; Peugeot, Citroën, DS Automobiles and Free2Move Lease. Commercial consists of Sales, Marketing, Parts & Service, Distribution, Network Development, Fleet, PR & Events. Depending on the placement you will have the opportunity to work with one specific brand or across all brands.
HR provides help and support for the Group on a range of different matters; talent and leadership development, organisational development and employee relations, carrying out the Group’s policies and procedures, pay and trainee recruitment.
The Finance and Accounting department within the UK has the responsibility of providing financial information to: not only meet the needs of internal clients but also external clients within the PSA Group. There are a number of departments within the Finance and Accounting division such as: treasury, tax, finance systems, financial analysis, accounting, sales accounts and accounts payable.

- Full EU Driving Licence is essential
- Working towards a 2:1 degree in any discipline
- 5 GCSE's A-C including Maths and English or equivalent
